MACA is teaming up with Medical Ambassadors International (MAI) to tackle some important issues, including fighting human trafficking. We’ve put together training manuals to help communities and churches learn the basics of prevention, and we’ve even translated them into Spanish! Plus, we’ve published children’s books to help prevent sexual abuse, and thanks to the awesome support from People’s Church of Montreal, these books are available in seven languages!
Right now, we’re working on a second manual aimed at teaching kids about preventing human trafficking, and we’re wrapping up our Youth Manual this week. These resources are being used in communities where our partners are all about making a positive difference.
Fighting human trafficking is connected to fighting poverty and illiteracy, and together, we’re helping to bring hope to communities all around the world.
